Bethany Chamberlin has been teaching voice and piano lessons since 2007 when she graduated with a Bachelor in Arts from the Institute for the Arts in Austin, TX. She has led worship from a very young age but realized it was something she felt called to do full time around the age of 16.
Bethany attended Lakewood Church at the time and had the honor of being one of the lead background and studio vocalists in Lakewood projects “We Speak to Nations” and “Cover the Earth”, as well as Cindy Cruse Ratcliffs’ solo project titled “23.”
In 2009 Bethany was the featured soloist on Israel Houghton’s song “My Tribute Medley” and went on to travel with Israel and New Breed for two years and sang on many other songs in “The Power One” album.
From 2007 until now, Bethany has been a part of many projects as a background vocalist on many different genres of music; with artists like the aforementioned Israel Houghton, Cindy Cruse Ratcliff, Martha Munizzi, Josh Lopez, Cobhams Asuquo, Erica Campbell from Mary Mary, and many more new, old and upcoming artists projects.
Bethany has been one of the worship leaders at Dwelling Place Church (formerly Houston Worship Center) for over 10 years where she has helped arrange vocals and help grow multiple worship teams both locally and globally as part of the 10 cities mandate of her church.
Currently, Bethany leads worship at her church and works with artists in the music industry as their vocal coach and vocal director for their projects. As well as being a part of the worship team of Joan Hunter ministries and working on her first project to have an EP released in 2018.
